How do I enter keywords?
On the Keyword Management Console click on the text link "Add New Keyword". You can either add keywords individually or by uploading a tab delimited document (learn more).
How do I change my report delivery options?
The default delivery options, including email address, format, and delivery schedule, are are found in the account settings (learn more). However, these options can be overridden by the information entered for each basket (learn more).
How can I change the sequence (sort) of the data?
Right-click using your mouse on any of the underlined column headings (Keyword, Domain, Last, Week, or Month). An additional click will change the sequence from ascending to descending. To add an additional sort field, hold the shift key and click on the column heading (learn more).
What does the value "N/A" mean?
This value means that the rank was not found in the top 100 results.
What does the green ranks mean?
This means the current rank has improved from a rank either 7 or 30 days ago (depending on the column where it appears).
The value actually represent the weekly and montly ranks change relating to the current rank in this case (depending on the column where it appears).
What does the plus sign (+) mean when it appears next to a rank?
This symbol is shown when the current rank has improved from a rank greater than 100 (N/A) either 7 or 30 days ago (depending on the column where it appears).
What does the red ranks with the minus sign (-) mean when it appears in front of ranks?
This means that the current rank has fallen from a rank either 7 or 30 days ago (depending on the column where it appears).
